Cílem diplomové práce je sestavení podnikatelského plánu Včelí farmy U Králů v oblasti Pošumaví. Hlavní náplní včelí farmy je výroba včelích produktů. Diplomová práce rovněž řeší problematickou situaci s úbytkem včelařů a nedostatečné osvěty tohoto oboru v ČR prostřednictvím včelařského kroužku, apituristiky či naučné stezky zaměřené na včelaření. Včelí farma bude rovněž průkopníkem na českém trhu v oblasti dýchání včelami ovlivněného vzduchu. Přínos diplomové práce spatřuji především v podpoře včelařství v daném regionu, ve výchově mladé generace včelařů a ve výrobě kvalitních včelích produktů. The aim of the thesis is to create a business plan Bee farm U Králů in the region Šumava. The main activity of bee farm is the production of bee products. Thesis also deals with the problem of loss of beekeepers and the lack of awareness of this discipline in the Czech Republic through the beekeeping club, apitourism and bee educational trail. Bee farm is also pathfinder on the Czech market in the sphere apitherapy. The contribution of the thesis is in the support of beekeeping and in the production of quality products.
