Diplomová práce se zabývá specifickým bankovním produktem dětský účet na českém trhu. Porovnává existující nabídky produktu s požadavky potenciálních zákazníků. Jejím cílem je monitoring produktu v portfoliích českých bank, analýza jeho marketingového mixu u leaderů na trhu, vyhodnocení preferovaných charakteristik produktu z pohledu potenciálních zákazníků a jejich motivace. Přináší výsledky užitečné pro product managery daných produktů v bankách, pracovníky marketingových oddělení bank, osobní bankéře na pobočkách, pracovníky reklamních agentur a současně pro případné zájemce o tento druh produktu. Na základě získaných zjištění jsou formulována doporučení v oblasti produktu, případně dalších oblastí marketingového mixu. This diploma work describes a specific banking product children account on the Czech market. Compares existing product line with the requirements of potential customers. Its aim is to monitor the product in the portfolios of Czech banks, analysis of the marketing mix for market leaders, evaluation of preferred features of the product from the perspective of potential customers and their motivations. Produces results useful for product managers of the products in banks, workers of marketing departments of banks, personal bankers, employees of advertising agencies and also for those who seek this kind of product. Based on the findings, recommendations regarding this product are formulated, as well as recommendations for other marketing mix areas.
