Diplomová práce se zabývá spotřebou luxusního zboží v Čínské lidové republice. Hlavním cílem této práce je objasnit důvody, které zapříčinily silný rozvoj sektoru luxusního zboží v Číně. Dále se práce zaměřuje na současné trendy, jež se v čínské ekonomice projevují čím dál tím zřetelněji. V úvodních dvou kapitolách byl celé práci poskytnut teoretický základ. The paper deals with the consumption of luxury goods in the People´s Republic of China. The main objective of this work is to clarify the reasons that have caused the strong advancement of the sector of luxury goods in China. Next, the thesis focuses on current trends that have been getting on pace. In the first two chapters the theoretical base for the entire thesis was provided.
