Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na aktivní a pasivní politiku zaměstnanosti a její využití v regionu Strakonice. Analýza trhu práce a vývoj nezaměstnanosti jsou přiblíženy v letech 2004 až 2014. Struktura uchazečů o zaměstnání a analýza státní politiky zaměstnanosti je zaměřena převážně na období 2011 až 2014. Z teoretického hlediska je charakterizován trh práce a pojmy, které s ním souvisí. Dále je definována nezaměstnanost, jsou popsány jednotlivé typy a také důsledky, které nezaměstnanost přináší. Jsou zde formulovány jednotlivé nástroje státní politiky zaměstnanosti a nastíněny rizikové skupiny, se kterými se můžeme na úřadu práce setkat. V praktické části práce je charakterizován region Strakonice a jeho 4 mikroregiony, analyzován trh práce z hlediska nezaměstnanosti, počtu uchazečů či volných pracovních míst. Práce se podrobněji zabývá strukturou uchazečů z hlediska jejich věku, dosaženého vzdělání a délkou evidence na úřadu práce. V neposlední řadě se práce zabývá pasivní a aktivní politikou zaměstnanosti. Závěr této části je věnován vlastnímu výzkumu a to ve formě dotazníkového šetření, následnému zhodnocení aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti v regionu Strakonice a rizikových skupin v této oblasti. Bachelor thesis are focused on active and passive employment policy and its use in the region Strakonice. Analysis of the labour market and development of the unemployment are approached in the years 2004 to 2014. Structure of the job applicants and analysis of state employment policy are mainly focused on the period 2011 to 2014. From the theoretic aspect are characterized the labour market and terms associated with it. Furthermore, unemployment is defined. They are described the different types and also the consequences that unemployment brings. There are formulated various instruments of the state employment policy and approached the vulnerable groups which we meet in the labour office. In the practical part are characterized the region Strakonice and its four microregions. There are analysed the labour market in the aspect of unemployment, number of the job applicants or number of the vacancies. The thesis deals with the job applicants structure according to their age, educational attainment and length of the registration in the labour office. Finally, the thesis deals with active and passive employment policy. The conclusion of this section are devoted to the own research in the form of a questionnaire survey. After the subsequent evaluation of the active employment policy in the region Strakonice and vulnerability groups in this area.
