Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou uplatnění absolventů vysokých škol na trhu práce. Teoretická část práce je věnována personálním činnostem, které je nutné zajistit v momentě, kdy se firma chystá zaměstnávat nového pracovníka. Zabývá se metodami získávání zaměstnanců, jejich výběrem a následnými náležitostmi pracovní smlouvy s ohledem na platné zákonné předpisy a zásady pracovněprávních vztahů. Praktická část slouží k zmapování situace na trhu práce v České republice se zaměřením na absolventy vysokých škol. Prostřednictvím statistické analýzy dat Českého statistického úřadu a Ministerstva práce a sociálních věcí byly zjištěny ovlivňující faktory a problematické lokality uplatnitelnosti těchto absolventů. Dále bylo definováno několik návrhů na zlepšení situace na pracovním trhu této cílové skupiny a zjištěn fakt, že absolventi vysokých škol jsou nejaktivnější a stále atraktivní skupinou obyvatel na trhu práce, což potvrzuje domněnku, že s rostoucí úrovní vzdělání roste také šance uspět. The thesis is focused on the employment of the university graduates in the labor market. The theoretical part is attention to the activities of the human recourses from the perspective of the labor law. Especially, when the company wants to employ an new employee. It focuses on the methods of the recruitment and the selection of future employees. Furthermore, it defines the terms associated with the creation of the employment and the requirement of the employment contract, considering of valid and statutory regulations. The practical part is used for mapping the situation in the labor market in Czech Republic focuses on the university graduates. Thought statistical analyzes the data of the Czech Statistical Office and Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs were found affecting factors that cause unemployment of these graduates. Further, was found that university graduates are still the most attractive, the most active and least vulnerable group on the labor market. So, it is confirm the assumption that with higher education grows the chance to be successful.
