Průzkum popisovaný v této výzkumné zprávě obsahuje vyhodnocení fyzikálních a mechanických vlastností stropních trámů včetně záklopu Müllerova domu, Komenského náměstí čp. 1 v Opavě. Podnětem k sepsání zprávy byla objednávka od Statutárního města Opava se sídlem Horní náměstí 69, Opava. Objednávka obsahovala požadavek na posouzení stavu dřevěných prvků (lokalizace poškozených míst a klasifikace stupně poškození, lokalizace skrytého napadení zhlaví stropních trámů pomocí nedestruktivních přístrojů), které mohou přispět ke statickému posouzení a návrhu šetrné obnovy historicky cenné stavební konstrukce. The survey described in this survey report contains the assessment of physical and mechanical properties of ceiling beams including false ceiling of the Müller House, Komenského náměstí no. 1, Opava. The impulse for this report was an order submitted by the Statutory City Opava with headquarters in Horní náměstí 69, Opava. The order included a request to assess the condition of timber elements (location of damaged places and the classification of the damage degree, location of hidden damage to ceiling beam ends using non-destructive devices), which can contribute to the assessment and design of a gentle renovation of the historically valuable building structure. \n
