Práce se zabývá řízením materiálu a zásob ve stavebním podniku. Obsahuje teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část je zpracována pomocí rešerší odborných publikací a norem. Přibližuje poznatky z oblasti nákupu, zásobování, skladování a dopravy. Praktická část se zabývá optimalizací řízení materiálu a zásob v podniku LBtech a.s. Pomocí interních dat analyzuje současný stav podniku s cílem navrhnout možná zlepšení. The thesis deals with material and stock management in a construction company. It includes theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is processed using professional literature retrieval. This part covers experience in purchasing, supply, warehousing and transportation. The practical part deals with optimization of material and stock management in the company LBtech a.s. This part analyzes the current status using internal data to propose possible improvements.
