Předmětem vypracování bakalářské práce je novostavba administrativní budovy v Telči v rámci Centra transferu technologií. Pozemek je lichoběžníkového tvaru a nachází se v bezprostřední blízkosti silnice I. třídy, ulice Třebíčská. V nejbližším okolí se nachází objekty s různými funkcemi- VŠ, administrativní prostory, prostory pro výrobu, vysokoškolské koleje. Navrhovaný objekt administrativní budovy je třípodlažní. Půdorys je oblého tvaru, definují ho čtyři kruhové oblouky. Objekt nabývá na hmotě s přibývajícími podlažími. Je umístěn na severovýchodní straně pozemku na parcele č. 5782/1. Před budovou je umístěno parkoviště. V objektu se nachází prostory laboratoří pro vývoj a výzkum biologických látek, dále prostory pro administrativu a samotné řízení bioplynové stanice. Dominantním prostorem je zde vstupní hala se schodištěm. Schodiště je řešeno v části D- Architektonický detail. This bachelor thesis is focused on a new building of office building in Telc within Technology transfer center. The shape of the land is trapezoidal and it is located in immediate proximity of the 1st class road, Třebíčská street. There are some others buildings of varios function near – college, administrative houses, houses of production, hall of residence. Its top view is rounded, defined by four ring arcs. The building is gaining mass with its height. It is situated on the northeast side of an estate, plot of land No. 5782/1. There is a car park in front of the building. There are a space laboratory for research and development of biological stuff, spaces for administration and management and biogas plant controling centre inside. The dominant space is an entrance hall with a staircase. The staircase is solved in Part D - architectural detail.
