Hlavním cílem závěrečné práce je návrh motivačního systému pro firmu Sportlines s. r. o. a zvýšit jeho vliv na efektivitu práce. Hlavní cílem této práce je analýza a zlepšení stávající situace při motivačním řízení podniku. Teoretická část obsahuje základní informace o personálních činnostech, personálním řízení podnik a motivace, které je potřeba zohlednit v každé firmě, aby bylo dosahováno efektivních výsledků. Analytická část se zabývá rozborem současného stavu firmy, historie a stávajícího motivačního systému. Návrhová část a vlastní výzkum provedený metodou rozhovorů se zaměstnanci a návrhy na zlepšení stávající situace. This bachelor thesis deals with the area of employee motivation system and its influence on work in the company Sportlines Ltd. The main goal of this thesis is analysis and improvement current situation in the incentive management. The theoretical part contains basic information about personnel activities, personnel management and motivation, which should be reflected in each company, to achieve effective results. Analytical part deals with analysis of current situation of the company, own research a proposals to improvement present situation.
