Tématem bakalářské práce je analýza vybraných druhů investičních (strukturovaných) certifikátů a vypracování doporučení, pro podnikový management, jejich praktického použití v konkrétních situacích. Teoretická část práce vymezuje základní pojmy týkající se investičních certifikátů. V analytické části je proveden výběr a analýza vybraných investičních certifikátů, následuje porovnání investičních certifikátů a závěrem je navrhnuto doporučení podnikovému managementu. The theme of the bachelor´s dissertation is an analysis of selected types of investment (structured) certificates and the recommendation work out for business management of their practical use in particular situations. The theoretical part of dissertation delimit basic concepts related to investment certificates. In an analytical part is the chois performing and the analysis of selected investment certificates, followed a comparison of investment certificates and the recommendation is suggesting for corporate management.
