Cílem bakalářské práce je na základě teoretických východisek a provedených analýz současného stavu návrh implementace CRM systému do konkrétní společnosti. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vymezení základních pojmů a popis jednotlivých analýz. Analytická část obsahuje popis společnosti a zhodnocení současného stavu. Na základě získaných poznatků jsou navrženy jednotlivé kroky k zavedení CRM systému do společnosti a zhodnocení efektivnosti návrhu. The aim of this thesis is to propose the implementation of CRM systems on a specific company on the basis of the theoretical resoursces and the analyses of current state of company. The theoretical part is focused on the definition of the bacis therms an description of each analysis. The analytical part contains the description and assessment of the current state of the company. On the basis of the acquired knowledge are designed individual steps of implementation CRM systems to the company and evaluation of the effectiveness of the proposal.
