Úvodní část této diplomové práce poskytuje náhled do problematiky závěsů bočních dveří osobního automobilu. Praktická část práce se již zabývá úpravou stávajícího low-cost závěsu bočních dveří. Nejprve je zvolen materiál, který umožní snížení hmotnosti závěsu při zachování požadovaných mechanických vlastností. Následuje detailní popis modelu závěsu, který byl vytvořen v softwarovém programu Catia. V další části práce je popsáno tepelné zpracování a povrchová úprava závěsu, které zajistí jeho výsledné vlastnosti. Pro kontrolu pevnosti závěsu byl v programu Ansys simulován trhací test a test stability závěsu. Následně je poskytnut záznam z konzultace sériové vyrobitelnosti závěsu a uvedeny nástřihové plány. K závěru je navržen postup montáže závěsu. Poslední část práce tvoří porovnání vytvořeného závěsu se dvěma obdobnými plechovými závěsy bočních dveří. This thesis introduces issues of passenger car side-door hinges. Practical part of this thesis deals with modifying the current low-cost side-door hinge for Edscha Automotive Kamenice s.r.o. First, material was chosen to decrease weight while maintaining the required mechanical properties. Then follows the detail design of the hinge model, which was created in the software program Catia. Heat and surface treatments are described. Both treatments ensures the hinge's final features. To verify the strength of the hinge, tensile and sag test was simulated in Ansys. Subsequently, record from the consultation of the hinge's manufacturability in series and the hinge’s cutting plans are provided. At the end of the thesis, the assembling procedure is suggested. Final part of the thesis compares the developed low-cost hinge against two similar side door hinges.
