Cílem diplomové práce je návrh realizace internetového obchodu zaměřeného na prodej sportovní výživy a pomůcek. Stěžejní součástí práce, která bude sloužit jako podklad pro návrh sestavení podnikatelského plánu, jsou vybrané analýzy prostředí pro stanovení poptávky a faktorů, tuto poptávku ovlivňujících. Dále bude zmapováno konkurenční prostředí příslušného trhu, ke kterému budou použita data z primárního výzkumu zabývajícím se preferencemi cílové skupiny zákazníků. Návrhy uvedené v této práci budou sloužit jako opora při realizaci podnikatelského plánu. The main goal of this thesis is design plan for e-shop focused on sport supplements and equipment. Main parts of this labor, which will be used as basis for design of business plan, are selected analysis of environment for setting up demand and circumstances connected with them. Following step will be to chart competitive environment of segment of market, for this step we will use data from main research. This research discovering targeted customer´s preferences. Suggestions mentioned in this thesis will be use as support for realization of this business plan.
