Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá systémem odměňování a hodnocení pracovníků ve vybrané akciové společnosti. V první teoretické části je práce zaměřena na poznatky z teorie týkajících se metod hodnocení pracovníků, mezd, benefitů a odměňování. Druhá, praktická část této práce, se zabývá analýzou současného stavu systému hodnocení pracovníků ve společnosti. Tato analýza je obohacena o názory zaměstnanců společnosti. Cílem této práce jsou návrhy na zlepšení variabilního systému tak, aby byl systém více vyhovující pro společnost i její zaměstnance. This bachelor's thesis deals with question of the system of remuneration and evaluation of employees in the join – stock company. In the first, theoretical part of this work is  focused on the knowledge of theories regarding methods of evaluating personnel, incentives, benefits and remuneration.  In the second, practical part of this bachelor's thesis analysis the current state of the remuneration system of employees in  the  company. This analysis is enriched by the views of employees. The aim of this thesis deals with proposals to improve the variable system of remuneration and make the system more convenient for the company and its employees.
