Hra na klavír je jednostranná pohybová aktivita, při které je velice zatěžována horní polovina těla, především horní končetiny a záda. Při přetěžování jednotlivých částí může dojít k onemocnění hracího aparátu. Cílem této práce je zmapovat nejčastější onemocnění, která mohou pianisty potkat, zaměřit se na jejich příznaky a příčiny a především na možnosti alternativní léčby těchto onemocnění. Práce bude zaměřena na podrobný popis dvou metod – Feldenkraisovy metody a Alexanderovy techniky. Play on piano is one-sided movement activity. During this activity is burned our upper body mainly our arms and back. During overworking of particular part can get hurt the playing apparatus. Aim of this work is to map the most common diseases of pianists, to focus on symptoms and causations and mainly to find out options of alternative methods of treatment of professional diseases. Thesis will be focused on a detailed description of two methods – Feldenkrais method and Alexander technique.
