Abstract: Firing of used motor oils in burner-type boilers does not produce emissions of the investigated substances which would exceed the current emission limits, except for a small deviation in the content of chlorine. The measurements unexpectedly showed that the new limit for PCDD/F to be effected in the Czech Republic since April 2002 is only slightly exceeded.
