Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na marketingovou strategii podniku společnosti Šroubárny Kyjov s.r.o., která je výrobcem spojovacího materiálu technologií tvářením za tepla. Cílem této práce je na základě teoretických poznatků a analýzy současného stavu navrhnout zlepšení marketingové strategie. V první části se zabývám teoretickými poznatky z oblasti marketingu, v druhé analytické části jsem zpracovala jednotlivé analýzy současného stavu podniku a průzkum zákazníků pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Na základě získaných výsledků jsem v poslední části navrhla jednotlivá řešení a navrhla zlepšení marketingové strategie společnosti, včetně časového a ekonomického zhodnocení.
The bachelor thesis is focused on marketing strategy of the company Šroubárny Kyjov s.r.o., which is manufacturer of mechanical fasteners produced by hot forging processes. The aim of this thesis is design a marketing strategy based on the theoretical knowledge and analysis of the current state. In the first part deals with theoretical knowledge of marketing, in the second analytical part I processed analysis of the current state of the company and the expectations of customers by using questionnaire. Based on the results gained in the last part, I propose individual solutions and improve the marketing strategy of the company, including frame and economic characteristics.
