Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá systémem benefitů ve společnosti Bosch Diesel s.r.o. se sídlem v Jihlavě. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. První zmiňovaná část pojednává o primárním pojetí týkající se motivace zaměstnanců, jejich odměňování a především zaměstnaneckými benefity. Ve druhé části je pak konkrétně analyzován současný stav ve vybrané společnosti. Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je návrh změn v systému benefitů. This bachelor thesis deals with a system of benefits of Bosch Diesel Ltd. company. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The first of them is about primary conception regarding employees' motivation, their rewarding and primarily employees' benefits. In the other part is specifically analyzed the current state of the chosen company. The main objective of this bachelor thesis is proposal of changes in benefit system.
