Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá personálním řízením a jeho vlivem na efektivitu práce ve firmě eBRÁNA s.r.o. Hlavním cílem této práce je návrh zlepšení stávající situace při personálním řízení podniku. Teoretická část obsahuje informace o personálním řízení a personálních činnostech, které je zapotřebí v každé firmě zohlednit, aby bylo dosahováno příznivých výsledků. Analytická část práce se poté zabývá analýzou současného stavu firmy, výsledky dotazníkového šetření a návrhy na zlepšení stávající situace. This bachelor thesis deals with the area of human resources and its influence on work in the company eBRÁNA ltd. The main goal of this thesis is proposal for changes of the current situation of the human resources management in the company. The theoretical part contains information about the state of human resources and its activities, which are important for good results of every company. The analytical part deals with analyses of the current condition of the human resources in the company, the results of a questionnaire and proposals for improvement of current conditions.
