Bakalářská práce se zabývá zhodnocením hospodaření vybrané mateřské školy. Cílem této práce je zhodnotit hospodaření organizace prostřednictvím analýzy nákladů a výnosů a navrhnout takové doporučení, které by vedlo ke zlepšení. První část práce je zaměřena především na teoretické poznatky v oblasti neziskového sektoru. V praktické části, kdy je představena samotná organizace, je řešen rozpočet mateřské školy. Závěr práce obsahuje zhodnocení finanční situace organizace a následné doporučení na zlepšení využívání finančních zdrojů. The bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of finance situation of the selected kindergarten. The aim of this work is to evaluate finance situation of organization through cost-benefit analysis and propose a recommendation that would lead to improvement. The first part is focused on the theoretical knowledge in the nonprofit sector. In the practical part, when is presented the organization itself is solves the budget of kindergarten. The conclusion includes assessment of the financial situation of the organization and subsequent recommendations to improve the use of financial resources.
