Bakalárska práca je návrhom podnikateľského plánu, ktorý sa zameriava na založenie podnikania v oblasti drevených stavieb a nízkoenergetických domov. V prvej časti sú spracované teoretické východiská, ktoré sú potrebné pri založení vlastného podnikania. V ďalšej časti sú spracované praktické východiska, ktoré vychádzajú z teoretických východísk. Hlavnými nástrojmi sú SWOT analýzy, SLEPT analýzy, Porterovho modelu 5 síl. Posledná časť je zameraná na podnikateľský zámer. Bachelor thesis is an application of business plan, which is oriented to the establishment of the company in the field of timber constructions and low-energy houses. In the first part of thesis are processed theoretical basis, which are necessary to making own business. In the following part are processed practical basis, based on the theoretical results. Main tools are SWOT analysis, SLEPT analysis and Porter model five forces. The last part is focused on the business plan.
