Bakalářská práce obsahuje teoretický pohled na problematiku hodnocení a odměňování zaměstnanců v podniku a praktické zaměření na konkrétní výrobní podnik. Cílem bakalářské práce je pomocí analýzy zhodnotit stávající systém hodnocení a odměňování, popřípadě navrhnout doporučení nebo vlastní řešení systému. The bachelor dissertation contains a theoretical perspective on the employee evaluation and remuneration in the company and practical focus on specific manufacturing company. The aim of the bachelor dissertation is by using the analysis to assess the current evaluation and remuneration system, or suggest recommendation or custom solution of the system.
