Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou plánování v reálném prostředí firmy zabývající se vývojem software působící v Brně. Práce se sestává ze tří částí. První část zahrnuje teoretická východiska, ve druhé části se zaměřuje na analýzu současného stavu plánování a ve třetí části podává návrhy na zlepšení stávající situace v oblasti plánování. The presented bachelor’s thesis analyzes challenges of planning in the realistic environment of software development company operating in Brno. This thesis consists of three parts. First part contains theoretical foundations. Second part is analyzing the current state of planning and the third part is proposing improvements of the current state.
