Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na motivaci a komunikaci v hokejovém A-týmu HC Dukla Jihlava. Analyzuje chod týmu, hledá řešení pro lepší, rychlejší a snadnější komunikaci. Hodnotí současný stav a navrhuje efektivnější systém motivace tak, aby tým lépe plnil podnikové cíle. Bachelor thesis is focused on motivation and communication of-A hockey team HC Dukla Jihlava. It analyzes the operation of the team and tries to find solutions for better, faster and easier communication. It evaluates the current situation and proposes a mor effective system of motivation so the team can better realize company objectives.
