Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá mapovaním organizačnej kultúry vo firme Speko Šaľa s.r.o. Teoretická časť sa zameriava na mapovanie niekoľkých prístupov od rôznych autorov k definícií pojmu organizačná kultúra, k spôsobom triedenia organizačnej kultúry na typy, k prostriedkom, k prvkom, k determinantom a k prostrediu organizačnej kultúry a k vplyvom, ktoré vyvolávajú potrebu zmien v organizačnej kultúre spoločnosti. V rámci praktickej časti na základe dotazníka a osobného rozhovoru sa identifikuje súčasný stav spoločnosti a navrhujú sa opatrenia k zlepšeniu úrovne organizačnej kultúry. The bachelor thesis deals with organizational culture surveying of a company called Speko Šaľa s.r.o. The theoretical part is focused on surveying of some approaches of the authors to definitions of organizational culture, to ways of classification of the organizational culture into types, to means, elements, determinants, to organizational culture environment and to influence causing needs of changes in the company organizational culture. In the practical part the present state of the company is identified on the basis of a questionnaire and personal interview and measures to improve the organizational culture level are suggested.
