Práce se zaměřuje na využití softwarové podpory pro využití metod síťové analýzy při rekonstrukci kanceláří pro firmu Robotrio, s.r.o. V první části jsou popsána teoretická východiska práce, jimž je třeba porozumět pro správné chápání části praktické, ve které bude první analyzován současný stav projektu a následně podle zjištěných analýz budou podány vlastní návrhy a opatření pro lepší efektivnost projektu a shrnuty ostatní přínosy této práce. Úmyslem této práce není pouze vyhotovení návrhů na zlepšení projektu, ale také demonstrace přínosu informačních technologií do oblasti řízení projektů a celkového projektového managementu.
The work focuses on the use of software support for the use of network analysis in the reconstruction of offices for the company Robotrio, Ltd. The first part describes the theoretical basis of the work, which must be understood for proper understanding of the practical part, which will be the first analyzed the current status of the project and subsequently detected by the analysis will be given their own proposals and measures to improve the efficiency of the project and summarizes the other benefits of this work. The intention of this work is not only to improve the original design of the project, but also demonstrate the benefits of information technology in project management and overall project management.
