Bakalářská práce se zabývá motivací pracovníků a výší jejich odměn v Dětském domově v Přerově a v Dětském domově v Hranicích na Moravě. Cílem této práce je celkové zlepšení výběrů a péče o pracovníky na základě navržených doporučení. Teoretická část zahrnuje problematiku lidských zdrojů a jejich následného řízení, pečování a optimalizace. Praktická číst zahrnuje analýzy obou dětských domovů, výsledky dotazníkového šetření, vyhodnocení schůzek s vedoucími těchto domovů a návrh na zlepšení nynější situace. The Bachelor thesis concerns of the motivation of employees and the amount of their remuneration in the Children´s Home in Přerov and Children´s home in Hranice na Moravě. The aim of this thesis is general improvement of selection and care workers based on the proposed recommendations. The theoretical part covers the area of human resources and their subsequent management, caring and optimization. The practical part involves the analysis of children´s homes, the results of the survey, evaluation meetings with the heads of these homes and proposal to improve the current situation.
