Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou financování vlastnického bydlení s dopady na rodinný rozpočet. V rámci práce je navržen postup, jak splatit dříve úvěr, který je použitý na financování bydlení, dále je popsáno, jak lze tímto způsobem ušetřit na úrocích a při tom nezatěžovat rozpočet rodiny. Problematika je rozebrána na reálných příkladech. This bachelor thesis deals with the problem financing of owned housing with impact on the family budget. The work process is designed to repay the loan sooner, which is used to finance housing, also describes how in this way to save on Interests and not to burden the family budget. The issue is analyzed in the real examples.
