Bakalářská práce analyzuje současnou podobu motivačního programu společnosti MITAS a. s., nejsilnějšího konkurenta a spokojenost zaměstnanců. Na základě dotazníkového šetření navrhuje reálné změny současného motivačního programu, které by měly vést ke zlepšení výkonnosti, efektivnosti práce v organizaci a zlepšily celkovou spokojenost zaměstnanců. This bachelor thesis analyzes the current state ot the motivational program of MITAS a. s. company, the strongest competitior and the satisfaction of the employees. Based on the survey suggests a real change in the current motivational program, which should lead to improved performance, effectiveness of work in the Organization and to improve overall employee satisfaction.
