Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na návrh podnikatelského záměru - založení kavárny. Podnikatelský záměr by měl posloužit majitelům jako plán pro založení kavárny ve skutečnosti. Obsahuje teoretickou část, která je důležitá pro vypracování analytické a návrhové části. V analytické části se provádí průzkum trhu a okolí. Nejpodstatnější částí podnikatelského záměru jsou návrhy, které obsahují propočty, odhadované příjmy a výdaje a finanční výkazy, které by měly napomoct podnikatelům při zakládání kavárny. This bachelor´s thesis is focused on a draft of a business plan - the establishment of a coffee house. The business plan should serve to the owners as a plan to establish the café in reality. It consists of the theoretical part, which is important for the development of analytical and design part. The analytical part is focused on market research and its surroundings. The most important part of the business plan is a proposal, which includes calculations, the estimated incomes and expenditures, and financial statements, which should contribute to the entrepreneurs during the establishment of the coffee house.
