Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá analýzou súčasného stavu využitia komunikačných nástrojov v podniku Grafobal, a.s. Skalica. Práca je rozdelená na tri časti. Teoretická časť sa zaoberá charakteristikou pojmov marketingová komunikácia, marketing, komunikácia, komunikačná stratégia, nástroje komunikačného mixu. V časti „Analýza súčasného stavu“ je vykonané zrovnanie poznatkov z teoretickej časti so skutočným stavom v podniku Grafobal, a.s. Skalica. Súčasťou analytickej časti je taktiež priebežná analýza kazašského trhu. Návrhová časť obsahuje návrh účasti na výstave KazUpack a návrh „Karty zákazníka“, ktorá môže napomôcť podniku pri zlepšovaní internej komunikácie. The bachelor´s thesis deals with the analysis of current situation in using the communication implements in Grafobal, a.s. Skalica. The thesis is divided into three parts. The theoretical part deals with the definitions of marketing communication, marketing, communication, communicative strategies, communication mix implements. In Analysis of current state we deal with the comparison of theory knowledge and the current state in Grafobal, a.s. Skalica. The analytical part embraces the running analysis of Kazakh market. The design part includes the suggestion of a participation at KazUpack exhibition and „Customer Card“ proposal which can help the firm in improving their internal communication.
