Předmětem mé bakalářské práce je příprava na realizaci podnikatelského záměru. Práce se zabývá řešením základních problémů souvisejících jak s marketingem a českou legislativou s podnikáním spojenou, tak i výběrem formy podnikání a jeho základní problematikou. V první části jsou vypracována teoretická východiska potřebná k založení podniku a výčet základních povinností ke státu s podnikem spojených. Další části zahrnují PEST analýzu, SWOT analýzu spojenou s návrhy, které se mohou použít do praxe, a marketingový mix. The aim of my bachelor thesis is a preparation for realization of business purpose. The project is targeted on solution of basics problems jointed with marketing and Czech legislation connected with business running, even with forms of business and its basic problems. In the first part there are theoretical basis necessary to set up the company and the list of basic duties to state which are connected with business holding. Next parts enclose PEST analyses, SWOT analyses with suggestions which can be used in real, and marketing mix.
