Cílem této práce je vytvořit proveditelný podnikatelský plán na založení podniku s rychlým občerstvením nabízející pokrmy z bio produktů, dále pak vegetariánskou a nízkokalorickou stravu tzv.“Bio healthy fastfood“. Obsahuje teoretická východiska nezbytná pro založení podniku. Dále pak analýzy vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí, zákazníků a konkurence. V závěrečné části je navrženo několik variant předpokladu budoucího vývoje firmy. The aim of this study is to create a real business plan for setting up a fastfood which will be called „Bio healthy fastfood“. There are some theories necessary for establishing a new firm. Further on comes analysing of external and internal environment, customers and competition. The last part contains a proposal of few possibilities for coming future.
