Bakalářská práce se zabývá spokojeností zákazníků v oblasti plastické chirurgie ve Velké Británii. Zkoumá marketingovou situaci společnosti a analyzuje způsob zajišťování vysoké spokojenosti zákazníků a jejich přínosů k řízení vybrané společnosti. Praktickou částí práce je dotazník, který napomáhá firmě zjistit, co by mohlo přispět k zvýšení spokojenosti zákazníků. This Bachelor´s Thesis deals with customer satisfaction of the Plastic Surgery in Great Britain. It explores marketing situation of the company and analyses way of providing high customer satisfaction and their contributions for running the chosen company. Practical part of the work is questionnaire, which helps to find out how to increase the customer satisfaction.
