Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na různé způsoby zajištění pohledávek a vymáhání pohledávek. Dále se zabývá analýzou pohledávek a závazků konkrétní společnosti a zobrazuje stav pohledávek po splatnosti v této společnosti. Na základě zjištěných informací je zvolen nejefektivnější způsob vymáhání pohledávek. This bachelor´s thesis is intent on the various ways of security for debts and debt collection. Then it deals with analysis of the debts and obligations concrete company and demonstrates condition of the debts after maturity in this company. On the base of recognized information is selected the most effective way of debt collection.
