Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem podnikatelského záměru na založení podniku poskytujícího účetní a daňové poradenství. Práce se skládá z části teoretické, analytické a návrhové. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny poznatky, které jsou aplikovány v další části práce. Analytická část je zaměřená na současné okolí podniku. V části vlastního návrhu řešení je zpracován podnikatelský záměr, který obsahuje návrhy obchodního, marketingového, organizačního a finančního plánu. This bachelor's thesis deals with a proposal of a business plan for setting up a company which will provide accounting and tax consulting. The work is composed of theoretical, analytical and proposal parts. In the theoretical part are used the knowledge which are applied in the rest of the work. Analytical part is aimed at a present-day enterprise environment. The part of actual proposal solution includes the business plan which contains trading, marketing, organisational and financial plan proposals.
