Předmětem bakalářské práce je srovnání jednotlivých metod oceňování. Práce se zabývá především otázkami oceňování nemovitostí a znalecké legislativy. V první části jsou zpracovaná teoretická východiska potřebná analýze jednotlivých metod. Praktická část zahrnuje samotnou analýzu aplikovanou na zvolených nemovitostech. The aim of this bachelor thesis is a comparison of real estate evaluation methods. The work is mainly concerned with evaluation questions and expert’s legislation. The first part contains theory, which is necessary for analysis of evaluation methods. The next practical part includes analysis of a particular real estate property.
