Bakalářská práce zpracovává téma podnikatelského plánu, který se zaměřuje na založení podnikání v oboru pohostinství. Teoretická část vymezuje typy podnikatelského plánu a jeho strukturu. V praktické části, která je aplikací teorie, je vypracován podnikatlský plán na založení samotného podniku. Bakalářská práce nám přináší návod, jak začít podnikat v oblasti pohostinství. The bachelor´s thesis elaborates the subject business plan that is focused in foundation of business in sphere of hospitality. The theoretical part defines of types business plan and it is his structure. In the practical part, which is the application of theory, you can find business plan for establishment of a microfirm. The bachelor´s thesis brings clues how to start business in sphere of hospitality.
