Cílem této práce bude označení největších problémů spojených s vymáháním daňových pohledávek, definování způsobů řešení, jejich srovnání a následně návrhy na zlepšení vymahatelnosti daňových pohledávek. Výsledkem této práce by měl být plán na zvýšení efektivnosti vymáhání daňových pohledávek. The purpose of the work will be to identify the biggest problems which are associated with tax debt collection, to define the methods of solution, to compare them and then to suggest an improvement for better tax debt collection. The plan for increase in efficiency of tax debt collection would be the result of my work.
