Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na začleňování systému WCM (World Class Manufacturing) v rámci skupiny Automotive Lighting, a obecně také v rámci celé skupiny FIAT. V úvodní části bude zmíněna aktuální situace na trhu a aspekty, které vedly celou skupiny k rozhodnutí aplikovat takovýto program a pokusit se lépe optimalizovat své náklady. Druhá část poté zmíní momentální situaci a statut, ve kterém se implementace nachází. Ve třetí stěžejní části budou navrženy kroky, které by měly urychlit a zlepšit celý proces tak, aby se nejednalo o pouhou proklamaci zlepšení, ale skutečný stav. Bachelor`s thesis is focused on implementation of WCM system (World Class Manufacturing) within group Automotive Lighting and generally also in all FIAT group. In first part will be mentioned actual situation on the market and aspects which carried all the group to decission to implicate this kind of programme and to try optimalizated costs in better way. Second part will go into actual situation and statut in which is implementation now. Third main part will be proposed steps which should make faster and better all the process to get the real results and not only proclamation of melioration.
