Bakalářská práce „Návrh strategie řízení a rozšíření firmy NEKR spol. s r.o. analyzuje problémy, které souvisejí s možnostmi rozvoje společnosti s ručením omezeným. Obsahuje návrh strategie firmy, která povede stávající firmu k prosperitě a zvětší tržní podíl. Skládá se z části teoretické, z analýzy problémů a z vlastního návrhu řešení. V teoretické části jsou uvedena klíčová východiska a poznatky, které jsou aplikovány v další části práce. Analýza je zaměřena na současné a budoucí prostředí firmy. Na základě závěrů plynoucích z analýz jsou formulována konkrétní doporučení. The degree project „Suggestion of Leadership Strategy and Expansion of NEKR Ltd. Company“ analyses problems relating to the development possibilities of small trading company. This bachelors´s thesis contains a project which aims to lead an existing company to the higher prosperity level and to increase market ratio. It consists of parts theoretic, from analyses problems plus from personal proposal solving. In theoretic parts are mentioned pivotal data plus piece of knowledge, that are applied in next volume of work. Analysis is bent on current data plus future environment firm. On the grounds lockworks resulting from analysis are formalized concrete recommendation.
