Cílem práce bylo stanovit velikost plochy zachyceného analytu na povrchu uvnitř grafitové kyvety, metodou "Image plate" autoradiografie s použitím izotopu selenu-75 jako radioindikátoru. The aim of the work was the determination of surface area of the trapped analyte inside the graphite tube, by "Image plate" autoradiography method with use of selenium-75 isotope as radioindicator.
