Bakalářská práce „ Autorské právo a jeho porušování na internetu“ pojednává o problematice střetu v oblasti autorského práva a internetu. Věnuje se z pohledu autorského práva právu mezinárodnímu, právu EU a právu ČR a to jejich nejdůležitějším právním předpisům. Tato práce vysvětluje právní pojmy (dílo, užití, rozmnožování, atd.). Snaží se rozebrat konkrétní problémy porušování autorského práva vznikající díky rychle se vyvíjejícím technologiím v této oblasti. Práce dále popisuje právní ochranu technologických prostředků děl a její porušování. Podává informace o možnostech postihů vyplývající z porušování autorského práva. Věnuje se i možnostem řešení tohoto stavu. My bachelor thesis "The Copyright Law and its Infringing on Internet" deals with a question of conflict in the area of the copyright law and internet. The thesis attends to most importand legal regulations of the international law, the European Union law and the law of Czech Republic. The work explains concept of the law (a work and its usage, copying, etc.) My thesis analyses particular problems of the law breaking with a view to quickly developing technologies in this area. The work also describes legal protections of technological instruments of creations and its breaking. It gives information on possibilities of sanctions resulted from the copyright law breaking. The work deals with possibilities of current problems solving.
