Předmětem bakalářské práce je analýza interpersonálních konfliktů ve firmě, jejich příčiny a důsledky. Cílem je pak předcházení těmto příčinám a konstruktivnímu řešení běžných konfliktů, ke kterým na pracovišti dochází a zefektivnění komunikace a zlepšení vztahů na pracovišti. The Object of bachelor's thesis is a analysis of the interpersonal conflicts at the firma, the causes and the focuses. The destination is prevent these causes and constructive solutions of common conflits, to whereby in the workplace happen and more effective communication and improvement relation in the workplace.
