Semestrální práce se zabývá teorií měření vodivosti metodou 3 omega. Práce vysvětluje princip metody 3 omega. Dále rozebírá použití dvou typů odporových ohřívačů – drátového a planárního (pro různé substráty). Práce se také věnuje měření touto metodou, včetně krátkého popisu jednoho ze základních přístrojů při měření lock-in zesilovače. The goal of this semestral thesis is to describe theory of the thermal conductivity measurement with method 3 omega. This work explains principle of the 3 omega method. It also analyzes two type of resistance heaters – suspended wire and line heater on substrate (for different substrate). Work also explains measurement with method 3 omega, which includes description of the important measuring device lock-in amplifier.
