Táto bakalárska práca sa zaoberá biofunkcionalizáciou vo vode rozpustných CdTe kvantových bodiek (QDs). Je zložená z troch hlavných častí. Prvá časť je teoretickým úvodom, v ktorom sa hovorí o samotných QDs, ich syntéze, modifikácií, aplikáciách v biológií, ďalej o bielkovinách a biokonjugácií QDs s hovädzím sérovým albumínom (BSA). V druhej experimentálnej časti boli pripravené vo vode rozpustné, glutathionom modifikované CdTe QDs. Tie boli následne prečistené a biokonjugované s BSA o rôznych koncentráciách. Tretia časť je ukážka výsledkov a porovnanie dosiahnutých výsledkov s vedeckými článkami. This bachelor thesis is focused on the research on biofuncionalization of water-soluble glutathione modified CdTe quantum dots (QDs). The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part is a theoretical introduction to the QDs and their synthesis, modifications and applications in biology together with an introduction to proteins and bioconjugation of QDs and BSA. In the second part I present the experimental results of water-soluble glutathione modified CdTe-GSH QDs preparation. The QDs were cleaned and bioconjugated with BSA at different concentrations. This is described in the third part of the thesis. I also discuss the obtained experimental results in the frames of available literature.
