Důležitým krokem analýzy sítnicových snímků je segmentace cévního řečiště. Výsledek této analýzy může být využit při diagnostice očních či kardiovaskulárních onemocnění. Tato práce se zabývá možnostmi segmentace cévního řečiště ve snímcích s vysokým rozlišením za využití metod matematické morfologie. Cílem práce je vytvoření algoritmu, který bude schopen segmentace cévního řečiště ze sítnicových snímků. Dalším cílem je provedení hodnocení jeho účinnosti. Práce se stručně zabývá problematikou fundus kamer, vlastnostmi jejich obrazových dat a databází snímků. Dále jsou popsány vlastnosti cévního řečiště v těchto snímcích společně se způsoby jeho segmentace. Prezentovány jsou vytvořené algoritmy a výsledky jejich aplikace na databázi High-Resolution Fundus Image Database. Segmentation of retinal blood vessel is an important step in the fundus image analysis. The resulting image can be used to diagnose ophthalmic or cardiovascular diseases. The aim of this thesis is to search for possibilities of high resolution eye fundus image processing while using mathematical morphology methods. This should lead to the creation of an algorithm capable of blood vessel segmentation. The thesis provides information on fundus camera, image, blood vessel properties and mathematical morphology filtering methods. The created algorithms and the proposed method based on them are presented, including their performance analysis based on the HRF database processing.
