Práce se zabývá návrhem malé teplotní komory s regulací teploty. První část je věnována popisu Peltierových článků, teorii přenosu tepla a způsobu chlazení. Dále práce zkoumá výběr vhodného termoboxu a jeho tepelný odpor včetně simulací a reálného měření. V další části je komora simulována v programu ANSYS a porovnána s reálným měřením. Nakonec je vytvořena elektronická regulace teploty v komoře na konstantní hodnotu včetně naprogramování obslužného programu pro PC. Závěr shrnuje dosažené výsledky práce. The purpose of thesis is proposes a small temperature chamber with temperature control. The first part is focused on description Peltier cells, the theory of heat transfer and cooling. Next part of thesis is select suitable thermo-box and computes temperature resistance and includes simulation and real measuring. In next step is chamber simulate in program ANSYS and compare with real measuring. At the end is construct electronic control of temperature in thermo-box for constant value with programming program for the PC. The conclusion summarizes the results of the work.
