Tato bakalářská práce má za cíl seznámit čtenáře s cvičením Blackout, které je každoročně provozováno na Jaderné elektrárně Dukovany. Tato cvičení simulují situaci, kdy dochází ke ztrátě napájení vlastní spotřeby a kroky vedoucí k jeho obnově. Následně se zaměřuje na postup řešení obnovy energetické soustavy České republiky s pomocí EDU. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V první části je vymezen pojem Blackout, popsáno zapojení elektrárny do přenosové soustavy ČR, vyvedení výkonu do rozvodny Slavětice a blízké zdroje napájení. Spotřebiče na EDU jsou členěny do kategorií podle důležitosti napájení. Jejich členění a způsoby napájení při běžném provozu i za jiných situací jsou popsán ve třetí kapitole této práce. V práci uvádím možnosti a trasy obnovy při ztrátě napájení vlastní spotřeby EDU. Vnitřní i vnější. Z nedostatku napájení mohou pramenit rizika, která popisuje kapitola pátá. V závěru první části je uveden příklad jednoho z možných způsobů obnovy napájení z vnějšího zdroje. Druhá část práce se zaměřuje na obnovu ES s pomocí EDU. Má za cíl popsat konfiguraci přenosové soustavy, použití ostrovního provozu a některé specifické vlastnosti souvisejícími s ostrovním provozem. V této části uvádím i některé nové možnosti pro zvýšení odolnosti ES ČR a bezpečnosti EDU. Závěr shrnuje smysl cvičení Blackout spolu s přínosy této práce a několik doporučení. This bachelor thesis aims to introduce the reader Blackout exercise, which is run annually on nuclear power plant Dukovany. This exercise simulates a situation when there is a loss of power for own consumption and the steps leading to its recovery. Then it focuses how to troubleshoot electrical grid restoration of the Czech Republic with NPPD. This bachelor thesis is divided into two parts. The first part defines the term Blackout, described the involvement of power plant to national grid, output to a substation Slavětice and near power sources. NPPD appliances are divided into categories according to the importance of power. Their classification and ways of feeding during normal operation and for other situations are described in the third chapter of this work. In my work I present options and recovery routes after power failure for own consumption NPPD. Internal and external. The lack of power can cause the risks described in the fifth chapter. At the end of the first part is an example of one possible method to restore power from an external source. The second part focuses on the renewal of electrical grid with NPPD. It aims to describe the configuration of the transmission system, using of island operation and some specific features related to island operation. In this section, I present also some new possibilities for increase of durability and safety of electrical grid CR NPPD. The conclusion summarizes the meaning of Blackout exercise together with the benefits of this work and some recommendations.
