Tato práce je zaměřena na návrh výroby nanostrukturovaných povrchů z oxidu titaničitého a využití fotokatalytické aktivity těchto povrchů k antimikrobiálním aplikacím. Práce je rozdělena do 9 základních kapitol, v nichž je provedena literární rešerše procesu výroby těchto povrchů, principu fotokatalýzy a jejich typických specifik. Tyto teoretické poznatky jsou poté využity k vytvoření takových vrstev, analýze jejich chemických a fyzikálních vlastností a praktickému ověření jejich antimikrobiální aktivity. Dále jsou v této práci experimentálně ověřeny postupy zajišťující zvýšení této antimikrobiální aktivity. Výsledky a získané poznatky jsou diskutovány v závěru práce. This thesis is focused on creation nanostructured surfaces of titanium dioxide and the use of photocatalytic activity of these surfaces for antimicrobial applications. The work is divided into nine main chapters, in which the literature search for producing these surfaces, the principle of photocatalysis and their typical specifics was made. These theoretical findings are then used to form such layers, analyzing their chemical and physical properties and practical verification of their antimicrobial activity. This work experimentally verified processes to ensure the increase of antimicrobial activity. The results and findings are discussed in the conclusion.
